Residential Renovation and Additions

This house renovation scope of work concentrated on "bringing back" a vernacular appearance to the original structure. The original footprint of the house was maintained while interior space planning created a more efficient layout for the family of four. Energy efficient upgrades included a new insulated roof, reconstructed perimeter walls with new insulation and rain-screen design, new energy efficient windows as well as a new front entry and mudroom.
