Commercial Feasibility Study

The project was commissioned to another local architectural firm. My services were requested in order to develop graphic representations and presentation material to accompany a written feasibility study. The study involved the adaptive re-use of a high-profile site with an existing commercial business, into a multi-story commercial building complex for use by the existing business while providing new tenant space.
